They are not really posting late. ATCT always reports at the last day or two before the 45 day window for reporting closes.

I do not believe the principals at IQI who are holding very impressive academic degree are merging ATCT in order to run it to the ground. It does not make ANY sense except IQI wants to use ATCT as a tax writeoff. Therefore, I am confident that there is SOMETHING we do not know that IQI can rely on to increase the overall value of the combined company. I am sure IQI folks know the Investment 101 rule-BUY LOW SELL HIGH. We just need to be patient.
