CNBC also said the report about the discrepancy with CHKPF's books is false.

There are really no accounting problems and any claims to the contrary are bogus. This is mostly a MSFT scare, since MSFT is very much a firewall company. Even someone with superficial knowledge about the tech sector knows this. But, of course, the market is interpreting this all wrong. I was right before when I said that MSFT getting into this market in a bigger way would tank this stock, just as the misperception that they are getting into this sector would tank this stock, as is happening now.
