Here's an interesting post from the Yahoo board (which if you're tiring of the flames re:TM... I suggest you stay away from :) Pm says: Actually, I like this part more: "From 1985 to 1995 Mr. Ball served as general counsel for Purolator Filters of Canada and was a member of its Board of Directors. During this timeframe Mr. Ball also acted as legal counsel to Pennzoil of Canada." In the mid-to-late 80s, Pennzoil sued Texaco for interfering with their take-over of Getty Oil. They won $10.5 billion, but then settled down to $2.5 billion by the end of the decade. It almost destroyed Texaco for good. If Mr. Ball was part of this action, then Rentech has a strong ally with experience in the Texaco trenches. Pm.
