DEAR BRAD & CHERYL:

Been in the mountains all day four-wheeling north of Sedona. It was
so beautiful. I haven't been able to catch up with 200 + posts but I
felt I should share my trip to Phoenix Firamada office on Thursday.
I took my broker from Dean Witter with me and of course he has
never wanted me to buy over the counter stocks but we have
talked to Ira on two different occasions. We were very graciously
welcomed by Fred Capalby who is Senior Vice-President of not only
the Camelback office, but all of Firamada's offices. After talking to
Fred for a while I had the feeling that he is third in command; right
after Ira. Fred is a young man, aggressive, personable, friendly,
people-oriented yet still very business-like. In giving us a tour through
the offices, he made it subtly clear that he didn't want to interrupt any
of the workers on computers and telephones because that meant
dollars to Firamada.

After the tour we then sat down in the lobby and Fred answered every
question that my broker and myself fired at him. There are several
pertinent things I would like to share.
1. Firamada is moving their present office in about two weeks
to a much larger office. The square footage is going from
1500 to 4000 square feet. They are hiring more staff.
2. Phoenix will be their national training headquarters.
3. In about two weeks, Firamada will have its own web-page
and will be recruiting temporary employees and IT permanent
employees.
4. Phoenix office is their most profitable office and is experiencing
rapid growth. Fred shared with us a long list of companies that
are wanting Firamada to recruit for them in the Phoenix area.
5. Myriad will be using the same type of business structure & IT
recruiting that Firamada has used and found successful.
Firamada has been operation in Phoenix for over 7 years and
has built up a reputation where they receive many referrals
from Phoenix companies.
6. One of my questions to Fred was, " Is Firamada hiring anyone
who will fill out an application (throwing bodies against the wall)
or do they do in depth interviews, testing, etc.?" His reply,
as he handed me a 7 page application was, " We really take
the time to check out potential employees." He also handed
me a sheet which is called the "Consulting Applicants Profile"
which includes over 250 "check offs" referring to the
applicants experiences. I was also given another 8-page
document that is used in the recruiting process that lists how
Firamada recruits, selects, and retains employees.
7. This young VP, Fred, impressed me and my Dean
Witter broker to the point that the broker gave Fred three or
four referrals to corporation managers in the employment
area. Not only that, but when Fred left the room for a moment,
my broker said, "Even though I am against penny stocks, I
think I better buy a few thousand shares."
8. Fred also shared with me that our CEO, Arif Adam was an
account solicitor prior to starting Firamada 19 years ago.

I started acquiring FAMH over 7 months ago and have slowly built
a 6 figure position. After spending just over an hour with Fred I firmly
believe that this the smartest stock purchase I have made to date.
I feel over the next 12 months we will see a 10-fold return. I want
to thank all the wonderful people on this thread who have given their
DD, hard work and positive input, especially you, Brad & Cheryl. There are too many others to name and I would love to meet all of
you personally and shake your hands. Jake, it is always great to
meet another Jake!!

Sincerely,
Jake 11

P.S. This is my second post. I still can't type or spell so I talked my
sweet daughter, Wendy into typing this for me. (Hi)

P.S.S. Brad & Cheryl- Don't forget to call. We really want to meet
you two and take you to dinner. Jake 11 and Della
