[OFF TOPIC about WebStreet]

Mike, thanks for the help.

I just visited their web site. I find their commission schedule a little bit confusing. They have various schedules for trading over 1000 shares, trading stocks under $2.00, trading with a live broker but it all boils down to the following commission schedule:

- via Internet, flat fee $14.95 any number of shares, any share price

- via live broker, flat fee $24.95 any number of shares, any share price.

Is that right?

Real time quote:

- 100 free quotes for each trade
- Automatically updating live quotes: $29.95/month
- Real time quote (require screen refreshing): $29.95/month (??? why would I want to sign up for this if it is the same fee as the above)
- Level II quote: $79.95/month

Correct me if I misread the rate schedule.

Mike, how fast is the execution via a live broker? How fast do they answer the phone? Have you used WebStreet during the crash last fall? Could you get through the phone or Internet?

I need to use a live broker sometimes when I am on the road or when Internet is not accessible.

Thank you for all your help.

The other Mike.
