Hi, Bill. Long time! Funny running into you on this thread. It's good to have you back on SI. For a while there, I thought you had let your SI subscription expire, and somebody else picked up your id. I'm glad to hear that you were just out of town for a while. This company shows some promise, but there sure are a lot of details that seem just a little out of whack. Trying to figure out where to put my latest winnings. Not too sure about this one. I'm ready to pass it by. If you have any advice on this one, or other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks, TED

I'm new to this thread. Does anybody have any idea when earnings are? I can't seem to find any references to this company on Edgar. Is this a real company? I'm trying to catch up on all the past posts, but it seems a little confusing, the kitty litter and all.

Bill: I've always thought from the beginning that the success of this y2k software product will be generated from the ominous nature of the whole y2k problem. Do you really sit with your feet up on your desk confident that all y2k fixes will just "come to you"? Let me try to paint the picture as I see it. Lets call y2k "El Nino". ( you must admit that they are equally ominous in nature.) Now lets call the the media "the weatherman". He lets you know what is coming. Its up to you to prepare for the storm. The storm is coming..... so what do you do? Sit back and say "Its not going to effect me and if it does the weatherman will let me know all I need to know before it happens. Or are you going to call a Builder/consultant and ask him to come over to your house and alert you of any potential weaknesses or problems that require attention? In doing so, giving yourself a sense of "peace of mind". Living in the Bay area you must of witnessed the scurry of people last fall trying to prepare themselves for "El Nino". So if you follow my train of thought you will see that it is emotion alone that will bring hoards of people to CSHK for "peace of mind". I never saw CSHK as a fix to the problem, rather as a tool to help people cope with the ominous nature of y2k. Granted it's not for everyone.... its just for the people who want some self confidence against a potential problem in an industry moving faster than most can comprehend. Now if all these software companies come up with fixes before CSHK penetrates the market then the impetus to acquire this software from CSHK will cease to exist. I'm betting that market penetration will be substantial before major software companies send out their fixes. Between now and then the weatherman will be stirring up emotions on a global level. People will pay for peace of mind.... as a businessman you know this.... MWS

Of all that you said.. basically the only thing that really is worth addressing is that a demo of the software is not yet available. No one really knows exactly when that will be available.. I have calls into the company to see if I can get some of yours and others questions answered. I was told the software would work across different platforms. When I said shareware.. basically I meant that the software would be put out to the public for free usage and I'm not working for Bill Gates.. I have no idea if this will be the way it happens or not. I was speculating. Who knows what deals Merced and 11th hour and CSHK have been able to put together with some of the major and minor software manufacturers. When these things come to light and if they are positive then by that time the stock will be trading much higher imo. The reason most people get into penny stocks is because the company has YET to define themselves and thus the small price. When the company does in fact begin defining themselves the price of the stock rises. Thus we are up to 45 to 55cents from 30cents not too long ago. Also I'm not sure if the software WHEN it is sold over the internet will be done through a pay and download system or if it will be shipped to them in a packaged box. When you called the company what did they have to say to address your concerns? jim

Where in all these postings did I ever read that anyone ever said that the management of CSHK were geniuses, every decisions they make will not make it on LETTERMAN'S TOP TEN LIST. To many posts as of late trying to evaluate managements decisions as if they were an established company with sales trading at $100.00 dollars, they are where they belong for now, on the BB building a company from scratch. The stock's price is reflective of the pure speculation that any of their products will succeed. Until then ponder the following. Three men are in CAESERS PALACE in LAS VEGAS, one is blind, one is deaf, and on is both blind and deaf. The deaf man says "I LOVE BETTING IN LAS VEGAS AND WATCHING ALL THE EXCITEMENT AROUND ME, the blind man says " I LOVE BETTING IN LAS VEGAS AND HEARING ALL SCREAMS OF EXECITEMENT AROUND ME, to which the blind/deaf man replied " I HATE BETTING IN LAS VEGAS, FOR WHAT JOY IS THERE FOR ME IN A PLACE LIKE THIS, IF I CANNOT SEE OR HEAR THE EXCITEMENT AROUND ME.
