I picked up a copy of 'Opportunist' last night at Barnes & Noble, Spring 98 issue. Most of the text is the same as the Questec Web Site. Very professionally illustrated and is the first article, including a fold out of the front cover. This magazine is actually put out by Stock Broker Relations. It features small companies, mostly OTC:BB stocks. The magazine is really just paid for advertising by the companies that has hired SBR. The Advertorial Disclaimer list what each company has paid SBR for their services which includes the article in this magazine. Now the bad news, QSTI issued them 150,000 shares of common stock and 800,000 options at a share price of an average of $0.31. The disclaimer also states SBR can sell this stock at any time it so desires. Obviously we have to trust the Management of QSTI, that they have invested wisely. Only time will tell if this was a good decision.
