Well Elroy, that is a fine piece of homework you've done! One would wonder just how fast an increase in modem sales at 3Com would reflect in the bottom line at SMSI.

I don't know if one month would reflect anything substantial...however on a quarterly basis it should be evident, AND we must consider if the over abundance of inventory has ceased to have a trickle down effect.

It might be worth inquiring what percentage of client modems get bundled with the Smith Micro software.

If my recollection is correct, there have been a few bumps in the USR/Smith relationship over the past few years.
