If it does go to 2.00 what will I do? I guess I'm pretty thickheaded but I have yet to have anyone give a good reason for the price to be down. So I have three options - get out, hold on or average down. By now you know what my outlook is. All I can say is - no guts no glory. Into the mouth of the cat. And if anything untoward (Reg S, reverse split etc.) happens, I'll apologise to you. gary

VS, Go back and read Mr. Hamllin's message. He is not dumping shares. He is trying to work a deal so as to exercise an option he has that is due to expire on May 23, 1998. There is a big difference. Mr. Hamllin's problem is not FTEL. His problem is he doesn't have the money he needs to exercise his option. Consider yourself corrected, which by the way probably happens a lot. I'll bet your are not half as mad at Franklin as you are excited at the prospect of buying more shares at 1.00. Your exaggerations and half truths give you away. You and people like you better change your ways because the heat is terrible where you are headed.
