Ron, the wall of worry stills exists to help prop up this wild market. The classic sign of a coming blow off is an over valued small cap sector, but I still don't see that. Still, if energy prices do climb, transportation industries plus certain others would take an immediate hit.

Some of the baby boomers are concerned about their retirement, and say the stock market is the place to be over the long term.

El Nino is fading away, but I think global warming is here to stay, and the obvious solutions to that will not be implemented, at our expense. Rather than policies that cause carbon dioxide and methane to be consumed rather than created, I think left wing politicians will try to cut energy use instead, at least in the US. And the Far East has problems that won't go away quickly.
