Here you come again. The problem with you and your postings is that you are not discussing anything. You just try to belittle the company. Eg. you list as a fact: Mr. F: '1) GPW is grossly overvalued when taking into account the performance of its existing business. ' What do you know about current GPW performance? The last financial statement covers the year which ended in Sept. 97. Many things happened during last six months. Surely, you know about it. You keep implying that you know more about GPW than we do. See your 'behind the scene' song. State the purpose of your participation in the thread and your source of 'behind the scene' information. The next of your facts is: Mr. F: '2) GPW's management over the last twenty-two years has shown a lack of ability or desire to grow their business in any significant way. ' I used to work for a small, private computer company with 20-30 employees (which was the GPW size ~one year ago). The owners did not want the company to grow because they would have to delegate the decision making to employees. They would not be able to manage effectively everything and everybody in the company. I understand that was also the case of GPW BEFORE they went public. Making the company public shows the 'desire to grow their business'. The management has been very aggressive in their pursuit of opportunities to grow through acquisitions. See the NRs. Now let's address your last question: Mr. F: ' Are you guys buying to make money on a speculative investment, or because of the company's long-term fundamental prospects.' See, for a guy who knows so much about junior plays, you don't seem to remember the very BASIC FACT, namely, the VSE is for SPECULATION, not for long term investments. GPW needs to move to a senior stock exchange to have a chance to become a mature public company. Until then, GPW is a SPECULATION. Get it? Mr. F: 'In the meantime the stock may go higher than $10 on speculation.' Yes. Possibly much higher. Mr. F.: 'Should GPW go to twelve dollars in the next three months they (AH's and LD's of the world - AH) will think that they were right and that I was wrong.' Yes, I can be right because I know what I am playing. A junior company. How can you be right or wrong when you don't understand the nature of the GPW play? You seem to be confused. If you want to invest go somewhere else. VSE is for speculators. Certainly, not for kids. PS. Be a man. Buy or sell.
