Randy A, to set the record straight regarding my name being listed in the S-1 as a seller of shares, is only a formality that is standard practice to take restrictions off those shares. The shares in question were part of a PP that took place back in I believe the fall of 1996. I along with three others purchased and divided up 200K shares off a fellow that came on this board and offered up his shares, very similar to what Bill Hamlin is doing now.
If you read the S-1 you would also see stated that I owned over 80k shares in FTEL at the time. Although it is none of your business or anyone else's, I will however go on record and say that I now own considerably more then that number, I do mean considerably more. Of which I have bought on the open market......
You see unlike some on this board that are here to deceive and mislead, I put my money where my mouth is. I see they now want to accuse me of trading......well that's right I am trading......all accumulation, starting at under $4.00.
Yes I do trade other stocks for a living......all fully listed Nasdaq, all liquid, all the time......XIRC, FORE, AVNT, BRKT, ALMI, PCTL, RSLN, ESST, RMII, WAXS, GTIS, RECY,NEWZ, PAUH, SEVL, CLFY, VVUS, TWLB are just but a few that I traded last week......as you can see I really could give a shit less what a bunch of wannabe, trite, little no nothings really think such as our VS's to the second power.

Notice the $5 and under group of six stocks is down 13%
Franklin is down 18% since the first of the year, so it is tracking this group almost tick for tick......yet people think something is wrong with Franklin......it's not Franklin, it's the Micro-caps in general.
Although my 21 selections overall are barely outpacing the market they contain 3-100%+ gainers, 4-25%+ gainers, and then there are those like Franklin that went from 3.97 to 10.50 that aren't reflected. But the real gains come from rolling out of those that are sugar coated and buying those that are bloody. On Friday I couldn't help myself and
sold out my position in Qualcomm to raise money for Franklin at these prices.
My only point in telling you this is not to promote my letter, but impress upon you my full hearted sincerity of what I believe. My last post prior to this one was an expression of my truest conviction, down to the last fiber in my body.
Your statement regarding the change-up in the belief of those on this board is sad. Because the stock price reflects that you are not the only one that feels this way. And for that I am truly sickened, because Valuespec has succeeded in swaying not only you, but others into believing his misguided bullshit.
I won't go into that, all one needs to do is follow his path of hype and hypocrisy, by clicking on his name. Want to talk hype...try following his passioned pleas on Cendant down to eating his socks.
You can click on my name and you will see FTEL as far back as it goes, over three years or more. I have stayed the course from the .50 level, I was championing them when it was up, down, quiet, being bashed, or being touted. I have been called every name from fraud to guru, but it didn't matter because I'm not in it for the glory. It never made any difference what the perception, I stay heavily vested and add on pull backs. It is still my conviction and honest belief that Franklin will prove to be a Cinderella stock.
The truth is, Franklin shares are parked in my account till payday. If I flip, it's on fully listed stocks and the stakes are lot higher then what we're talking about here.
So, believe what you want..... I have no agenda other than to stay the course and follow my convictions in the potential that Franklin offers in the near future.
As for the rest of the cry-baby piss-ants, manipulators, and two faced scallywags, go take a flying %*&%*, I could give a shit less.
