fully explained why 30 million shares have been issued since January.

Freddie, I agree with you about an explanation, and I believe BCFan said a PR along those lines is due this week.

One point of clarification, they have NOT issued 30M shares since January. 1997 EPS was based on the AVERAGE shares outstanding for the year of 1997. So 21M or 22M was the average, and since I assume there were a lot less at the beginning of 1997 (say 12M or 15M) then at the end of 1997 you probably had closer to 27M or 28M. (but that is still an increase of 15-22M shares!)

But herein lies 1 of the problems.. we dont know the EXACT shares outstanding as of Dec 31, 1997 (the company never shared that with us).. heck we don't even know the shares outstanding as of Friday.

Should see a slew of Press Releases this week to help stabilize price.
IMHO

Freddie, As much as I would like to see the financials and an accounting for the additional shares, the company is NOT required by the SEC to give us this information.

Last year FAMH was NOT a reporting company. When you buy into a non-reporting company, you can not demand that the company gives you the information that is required of a REPORTING company, just because you want to see it.

That is why there is greater risk investing in a non-reporting OTC-BB company. But there is also greater potential for a much larger return on the investment, when information is released.

Now that FAMH has begun the process of becoming a fully reporting company, we will now see the information come out within the time frame that is required by the SEC. Or sooner if the company so chooses.

When you decide to play in a game you need to either play by the rules of the game or not play. BB stocks are not for the weak hearted.

Remember Arif and Ira control 3/4 of the comapny. As the company goes, so they go.

If you are uncomfortable with your investment then you should make any calls that you feel necessary. And if you are still uncomfortable then you should act accordingly.
