I suspect that the problem you are addressing lies in the fact that FTEL is just a story on a monitor to some people. It doesn't seem real yet. I admit that I have some difficulty with this myself. When you watch a TV show it starts and is over in a half hour. Unless you really feel that it is real by visiting the company then it is difficult to keep the perspective concerning how long things should take. Your absolutely right.... you don't build a great company over night. Many of us need an occasional reminded of that. Thanks. Onward and Upward, Bruce
