Thanks for the information. Ed.
Even with .41 X 4 = 1.64, we still have significant upside as Q1 is seasonally slow as the management pointed out. Q2 and Q4 will enjoy a much higher sequential growth. The current price of the stock reflects a "fall on the fall" situation as the "bad" news came out on already depressed stock price.
Well, these are the facts, but the street takes more respect on rumor that begins with "if". Hope the street digs that out soon. I'll reconsider for a selling only if that rumor starts to have some facts behind it.

Ed and analog,

There is timing in all things. For the last two months I've been short the mkt, hoping for a correction which never came. Sentiment appears to be changing, and now, surprise, I'm not short the mkt. Still, its due for a correction, NASDAQ fall last week portends larger drop soon.

This being the case, while CHKPF is fundamentally sound, now is not the time for extended purchase, regardless of optimistic analysts comments, which, by the way, I completely agree with.

While everything seems to indicate that the stock should go up, there is no psychological reason for it to rise for at least another month, at least not until some sort of mkt shakeout occurs. Additionally, prudent investors should wait until further information concerning MSFT becomes clearer, in addition to information conserning Floodgate and CSCO's as a competitive threat.

True its at support levels and shouldn't drop anymore, but again, there's no reason to suggest a near term rise either, again, given growing negative mkt sentiment.

Unlike analog, I'm not overextended in this security, so, anyway, its just an opinion to suggest waiting on near term purchases.

Now might be a good time to exectute writing covered calls.

Wow, not bad at all! In that case, I might consider increasing my shares today.
