That's not true. If you are at the bid and somebody preferences ISLD or uses a broker that automatically checks against ISLD (like Datek), you'll get filled. Yes, this is supposed to be true, but it just hasn't been my experience. That's also incorrect. Most orders go to MMs and they have an option to fill them from their own inventory at your price without touching your order. Yes, they can fill orders ahead of you, provided they move their bid up to meet yours. Thats exactly my point. When I have been absolutely certain my best was best bid, I've always been the next fill at that price.
