There are a lot of things being claimed on the MDIX thread. I, for one, assume that MDIX will be bankrupt by the time that a judge or jury can award punitive damages, and that the MDIX affair will thus have little impact on ADRX other than the hassle factor.

Do you have any facts rather than claims to discuss? We are investors in a $40 stock, a company where product sales and FDA submissions, rather than claims, move the share price.
