To All,

I just got off of the phone with the new IR person and, on a personal note, I must admit I am quite impressed by the forthright and professional manner in which my questions were answered. This is by far a vast improvement over the previous firm. Here are the answers to my questions.

1. The auditors are Remundo-Pettit. They're a firm that specializes in firms the size of Zulu.

2. It is expected that the 4-30-98 date on the ESVS 8k will be met and it is the goal of Zulu to become a reporting company.

3. Mr. Lair was interim CEO for about 2 weeks and he is Chairman of ESVS, not NETZ.

4. Pattison Hayton is a financial advisor to Zulu and the representative of NetVest.

I agree, didn't seem to be the hatchet job Wired did. I was siding with you on that one. Problem is, just because someone has a reason to say bad things about a company, doesn't necessarily mean they aren't true. I also noticed that most(all?) of the negative criticisms weren't attributed to anyone specifically.

My gut feeling says they're not going to come close to the 39M as they go forward, that's the important aspect of this. If everyone is wondering if they will show 39M for last year, I think they can even though they bought SIM on Dec 31. I don't understand why, but more than one person said they can. The 39M I want to see them do is for this year. If they lose revenue and don't make it up, it will hurt, after all, they paid a hefty sum for what amounts to the SIM clients. This is my opinion only.
