Norman,

Since you are familiar with Aware -- at least from your trade show visits -- do you have any idea why Bender decided to leave, or do you suppose the Board ask him to leave, thinking Tzannes was the better person for the job? The following from their press release seems to imply that possibility:

<<Continuing on, Mr. Stewart said: ''The Board is confident that Michael as President and CEO will lead Aware through the growth phase the Company has now entered. With Aware established as a leader in the xDSL market, the Company is now focused on leveraging its technology and products through OEM and semiconductor partnerships. Michael is the ideal person to carry out this task.'' >>

Also, do you think there might be an announcement at the trade show? They dropped enough hints about ADSL deployments and Semiconductor royalty arrangements in their earnings conference call.

The DOW is down 214 pts and AWRE is holding nicely. This is definitely a support level. It is good that the market is trimming off some of its excesses today also.
