No doubt ASND is a good stock.

I think that if you do not have any position currently; then it should be a good time to establish one accordingly. I am still looking for $60 towards the end of the year..

p.s. I think that we are all sensing mini(5 to 10% in general,) corrections, But why prolongation??

The LU buyout of YURI is really a non event to Ascend shareholders.
This is a small acquisition for Lucent and will not impact Ascend.
