<<I like making several times my money a year, and therefore am willing to take more risk.>>

Steve Bowen,

You are one greedy mofo. You deserve to get your ass handed to you with WinStar.

Steve, you and I are on the same wavelength. I evaluated the variability of the potential returns when I acquired my shares, and I (like many people here on SI) appreciate the fact that you all continue to update everyone on the sell side analysis of the stock, as well as your own independently developed analysis.

What I'm trying to assess is what would make you a seller of the stock:
What missteps or market blunders (other than a Cendant like accounting blunder) would make you consider reducing your position in WCII or any other CLECs?

What Financing patterns would you begin to concern you.

At what point does the issuance of convertible's become so dilutive that long (or short) term eps growth is unacceptable.

Who in management has to leave for you to be concerned.

My sense is that Vogel and Grubman are dead on. This should be an $80-$100 stock. I'm simply trying to gauge what internal factors might prevent it from becoming one.

Thanks for the reply

Ken

dear all: while i was swimming with sharks, you did not get wcii back to 40, as i had wished. Now i will simply have to do it myself....wish all the acrimony didn't get in the way...ok, so why do you suppose the market is reacting negatively to the artt deal??? As an artt holder, I'm a little disappointed in the price. But, do you believe this is a prelude to an open market tender?? Why does wcii want to deploy its capital by being a part owner of artt???
