While the drilling sector is off, it has bounced back nicely from its lows and looks good relative to other sectors in the market. We may see some movement of funds from some of the more notably overvalued areas of the market to those considered relatively undervalued. Drilling stocks, though they may go down, are not likely to go down as much as many other stocks. And strengthening oil prices always helps. Perhaps the possibility of another OPEC production cutback is creating some interest. Baird
