I am hoping that SGI will provide the choice of Linux as well as
NT for the Visual PC machines. I'm sure the Visual PC's will sell
well running NT, but with a highly-optimized Linux, with graphics
and maths libraries source compatable with IRIX, they could reach
a large number of people who will not buy NT.
