Thanks Wayne...I'm standing down, closing some windows and unloading my order window that I had locked and loaded with a finger on the trigger.

So now what? Am I to understand that CVIA is BUYING WOTD. So from a "reverse merger" we go into CVIA acquiring WOTD and those "profitable businesses?

Well, why not...

OK, KAA and Novice Bob, what are the implications of these new developments?

So where are we now? Back at square one!! Can anyone tell me what to expect here? Will the split proceed? Will there be more dilution of shares? What is going on here? I need some of you more experienced people to give your opinions.

KC

*** HEY JACK *** Thanks for the update e-mail through Wayne. It sure serves its purpose well with the CVIA shareholders who participate on SI.

However, there must be many other interested parties, be it shareholders, retail brokers, WOTD followers, owners of acquisition candidates, and even MM, who do not follow SI throughout the day.

I therefore recommend that some form of news be released, announcing these new developments, some of the options being considered, and major milestones for when these decisions will be made and implemented.

This will also level the playing field for those participating on other forums and threads and give all parties the same information at the same time.

Thanks...and what about that conference call? Details of it can also be announced in this news release.

I LIKE WHAT WAYNE POSTED.... in fact this is great news. One little sentence made me sit up and take notice. "make sure it doesnt take an adverse tax effect". effects the company and the shareholders. Thats why only 40% of the companies pay divs or reward their stock holders. HMMMMMM now Jack is talking like this?

I really think Jack is going to try and reward HIS stockholders, for

KEY WORDS... IE a dividend is a reward to the stock holders, but also sticking with him through out all this.

Or if CVIA buys the first oil and tire shop this also brings this factor into consideration.

Or if CVIA merges with WOTD this brings this consideration to the table.

All the above combined... most definately would stress out any CPA or Tax attorney.

Jack is up to something and its pretty obvious it means $$$, and profits. To both us and the company ! why else would taxes be a consideration to a company that does not make money? <g>

It's good to see flexibility; despite unrevealed variables
and the effects they can cause. Given these tools to work with
at the bargaining table, who can ask for less than a just solution.

Reading does not equal understanding, but that is not the issue.
My brother and I say thank you Wayne, and thank you Jack Arnold.
It appears an equitable long term solution will be showing itself
soon.
