Amigos y Amigas A while back someone had mentioned CADE. I'm thinking of making a significant realignment into AIRM (which I was fortunate to get in at a terrific price today!) and CADE. However, I know lot's has been and is being done on AIRM. Is CADE totally out of the picture for you all? I notice it has favorable stats in IBD. DitchDigger, what's your take? Semper Fortuna Oscuro

I am once again booked up,but STIV I know has Leo Oorts excited,and Leo is very balance sheet and value oriented--good luck with it. Also,Joe Kernan(CNBC) just featured the irrational sell-off in the homebuilders today on the his specials for the day even in the face of the PLUS side shocker of a 2.5% increase in sales for March,and all time annualized figure of 4.9million units(an all-time high).He featured DHI,CTX andPMH, and also spoke of LEN.max90
