48 as an entry point, isn't that overly optimistic, with support at both 64ish and 56ish? Maybe high to mid 50s would be a great entry point, unless a significant market correction drives it lower.

PanzerGeneral,
I noticed that AspenTech(AZPN) acquired recently Cheseapeak Decision Sciences, for 140 mill and change, considering that Cheseapeake's MIMI product currently has a gross revenue of only $17 million/yr, it looks like the industry is convinced that there is good money to be made in this area, but that will not happen overnight and in the mean time i2/MANU et al are too risky and vulnerable to any sort of market correction, in particular if they do not meet market expectations.....street will punish without mercy.... it seems that you have been playing this one very wisely...said all that, are yo long or short at this time? ......long term seems that this will be a winner, but short term may be bumpy road....
