what does SEEC have in its business plan post-Y2K.
it does have good GUI based conversion tool. OK, now it probably also will do some testing. But after Y2K, what's it go to be profitable and in super-growth phase.

Thanks very much for the post. I agree with your assessment of the current state of affairs in regard to Y2K work. I have been involved in Y2K projects for some times as a consultant with a major vendor. What I'm seeing is very much as you described. SEEC seems very well positioned for the stretch run with the remediation and testing tools and factories.

what are the fifty factories you mentioned? are these companies that have already bought and are using seec's tools.
