i have to believe that wcii will either tender for the public ownership of artt or engage in some kind of JV. Otherwise, management is saying "our" money is better spent in artt than in wcii. Males no sense that way..

Is it possible that WCII bought the small piece of ARTT as a defensive measure - preventing their valuable assets from falling into another competitor's hands???
