I have read much of this thread because I am using this story for a paper in a college finance class.
I have a question, If the stock does not trade for an extended time will the 144-shares become "tradable" and give the shorts a way to cover?

Bill

If the stock was trading or was likely to in the future, it could be considered misleading or manipulative. You have made some excellent points today.

I am providing information as I learn it. Most of us know more today than yesterday about this company.

I do not believe this stock will ever trade again. I believe management is responsible. Management duped investors before with their bogus releases and comments, and I see nothing that shows me that anything has changed what so ever.

There is nothing to manipulate. The stock does not trade and the company has severe problems that have not been addressed. Those problems will not go away, and there will be the few that continue believing the shorts are up to something, while it simply rests in the hands of the authorities and management.

Or can it be considered manipulation of your emotions when they get your hopes up with the not $5,000,000, but instead $10,000,000 coming soon? Don't forget, in Taiwan, the businessman will lose face in his whole country if this "deal" does not go through. Remember, before, RMCW was going to save the area from thirst! Forget about all the other water bottling companies in the whole wide world, it was going to be your company that saved it!!!!

The handful of squeezers left will always be in denial and not allow a normal sharing of information here. They will always be at their war, fighting for their nonoperating company! It isn't sales that counts, it is positive number of posts on SI, or so goes their rational.

Who really believes this stock will trade again, and why?
