Tonto,

My point has nothing to do with whether the stock trades again or not.

My contention is with the mis-use of numbers to manipulate the opinions of others and to make your point, which I feel that you have.

It does not matter that the company in your opinion has lie, cheat or stolen it or that anyone else has done it. What matters is why you did it.

What were you trying to convey by making the statement and why?

I don't mean to harp on this and beat this to death, but had it gone unchecked; what was the message that most readers would have come away with? I presume something like what I read, which was that the TOTAL number of investors at the end of 5/97 were 220 and they owned a TOTAL combined number of shares of less than one thousand which would mean that the average number of shares was less than 5.

That was what I read. It is obviously not true, since I owned nearly 3000 shares at the time, I would gander that I was not the only one not on the list of 220.

So, if you know of a list of shareholders at the time, why not share the complete information, instead of plucking out what you needed to make some point? (Which was ....)

If you complain about the lies of the company then why propagate it by mis-using information and data?

This is exactly the reason why I HATE reading this board. There's all kinds of stuff flying around with half truths, lies and counter-lies.

This is my last message unless something stirs me up again.

Back to lurking,

Nam

tonto, sadly, i think this bow wow will trade again. sexi was clearly a scam and it started trading again - much sooner than this bow wow will trade to boot. sexi's ceo is in the slammer as we type.

the fact is that investing is the wild wild west with many a bad *ss gunslinger and very few, if any, laws with sharp teeth. you can steal millions, file false documents to the sec, file a false audit, issue and sell illegal and unregistered shares to your niece, mom (who shortly thereafter died!) various business entities and you dog and do les than 4 years in club fed playing golf.

that is reality. it ain't pretty, but it is very, very real. buyer beware.
