Interesting dichotomy between your dad and you on exercise! I could conclude that it therefore is not necessary but actually I think it helps me 1. stay thin 2. be alert 3 be discplined (I
m not very disciplined in other areas but at least in that one I'm reliable.)
Congrats to your dad though, he must feel rewarded, honored in that way.
