True. However, as we enjoy life, it is difficult to think of a long life as anything but a blessing. If it gives us more time to glorify God, God probably likes it.
Will that be me? I dont know. I'm not sure what glorifies God. Maybe he loves my fights for freedom!

gregor,
There is a certain secure feeling that comes with a big balance in the bank or the trading account. A person may start to feel content and complacent and not lean on the Lord so much. Drift, pursuing their own desires. Could that problem keep the Lord's blessing from landing full on my doorstep? Would the Lord with hold a blessing to keep some of His flock close?
