Oh Craig, I don't think we should make such harsh judgments. Jim has already explained that Rhonda was really busy this afternoon talking to the SEC, so maybe she just sort of let something slip because she was tired and distracted. I can imagine how stressful it must have been for her to explain to the Feds that we were unkindly (though truthfully) reporting the fact that CSHK's IR guy had been tried and convicted of counselling to commit murder. I'm sure she found a way to make them understand that felons deserve a second chance.
