Bev, I'm very positive on Maxx, maybe I need my head examined, although another Oil (Magin) I own is also doing the consolidation thing,(Magin has alot of insider buying so it may not be all bad). I have seen 3 or 4 other things about Maxx that were mildly positive, and my gut feeling(thats all it is) is that it will come togeather soon. Anyway I feel positive enough to double my position (approx a med/large position), although I would have to double or triple it if I was really going for the fence (not there yet)
Scott

Just checked the market depth and approx 60K shares on the buy and 30K on the sell, so that is also mildly bearish..

The consolidation stinks. There is no reason for it as there are only 54,000,000 shares outstanding. I for one have voted against it. I suggest others follow or don't bother complaining when the share sinks to $4.00 post consolidation. I think management's ego is driving things. They want to see a higher value, so they can dupe investor's into thinking Maxx is semi "Blue Chip". It won't work. Having said all this, I still like the company long term.
