The following is just some thoughts, would you like to comment?

LU is aggressively positioning itself via cash purchase b/c pooling of interest is not an available vehicle today. Therefore Asnd is not on their current shopping list, but is still very much on their mind.

Now, How much pressure is LU's on-going acquisitions has on it's competitors?

I think 10% at worst...I doubt it will be that bad...I'm kind of hoping for the buying opportunity myself...
