Michael... I've had this toy for 16 months now and have been a subscriber of Stockwatch for about the same length of time..At this point I have approx: 80 stocks in various Stockwatch portfolios... Every month I adjust those portfolios and replace them with various other ones... In 16 months, this is the first NR that I have seen where a junior would even take an interest in discussing a poison pill clause... One could wonder, what would even be the purpose of such a line of thinking, if there wasn't something to protect... In other words, why have a will, if you have nothing of value to give away... Or, maybe I'm way off base again... In any case I like the NR only because the management has the foresight to look down the road in the event assets are realized... ...ed
