It looks like the European markets took things in stride and rates stopped their slide. It does not look like a bloody day at this point and I am sure that IDTI will recover some of the lost ground yesterday. I still think that we will not get back to the lows we saw in the stock after the asian blow-off. There is just too much the company has done recently in diversification, to see those valuations. I again think that Brian has put a conservative view on the future and to temper the rather aggressive $.45 some analysts had put on the company for FY99.

Rob and all: IDT looks like it wants to hire a Manager of Investor Relations, giving Brian B. some relief. From their web page job opportunities: Manager, Investor Relations This position will deal directly with a broad spectrum of IDT's investor base and Wall Street analysts. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to working with marketing communications staff, driving earnings release calendar, preparing financial press releases, developing target list of analyst conferences, working with IDT corporate marketing department, working with outside agencies and developing standard information kits. Requirements: MBA preferred plus 6 years total work experience in technology, 3 years of which are in investor relations.
