Paul, More importantly the reducting of the refinancing package from $1 billion to $400 million would indicate that AMD has increased confidence in their profit plan to internaly generate the difference from operating profits. Additional AMD's banks would have had to have to concented to and signed off on the revised proift plan and ready to offer AMd Bank lines sufficent to work around the new profit plan. This is very good news.
