>>Rocky's projections<<

It's his opinion and stated as such, Sheila. Doesn't make sense based on my opinion of where IOM is going but he could have made the same post in February and it would have been just as laughable then as it is now. Of course the joke was on us then.

The joke will be on him next Q. I think we're going to see quite a few links to that post in the future. On second thought I think you should go ahead and e-mail the webmistress and get her to delete that post. I don't want to have to wade through 16 posts gigging Rocky for missing his earnings projections by .10+.

It isn't totally false. No one knows what the future holds. Don't bother Jill simply because you don't like his opinion. These boards would be worthless if only one side of an issue (the bull side) is represented. I am long IOM, and we just upgraded and bought a zip, but that doesn't mean I don't want to here contrary opinions.

Of course it would be nice to hear more balanced contrary opinions, by someone who seemed rational, and who didn't repeat himself ad nauseum, but I guess you can't have everything,.

My problem with Rocky's and other company critics is that they have a bad habit of stating their opinions as definite fact - never just their off-the-wall wild guess (sometimes lucky, sometimes not).

Also, I never see any balance in their assessments - always the absolute worst sky-is-falling company-is-failing conclusions.

Sheila,

Yea I don't approve of people posting guesswork as fact. However,
I do think that we should not bounce the Rocky bear from SI because
it is always good to have a bear or two around. I had an experience
like this with another speculative stock and even though the bear
kept posting BS and we got him kicked off SI, the bear turned out
to be right.

I vote to keep the bear!

-John

ps Its always fun to watch the bear brag about his shorts and then
watch him get clobbered...
