peter,
Answers to your questions!

Q1. MDIX has 12.8 million shares. Due to receive up to $9 million cash about
$0.72 per
share.
A1. MDIX had 12.8 million shares before the Cymedix merger. There are now
right at 20 million shares and the cash from the sale of the businesses is
about $.43 per share.

Q2. Now, what will be the taxation on this amount? Is there a substantial
tax loss
carryforward? I didn't see it on the 10-K, but I didn't spend a lot of time
looking.
A2. The company has substantial tax loss carry forwards as well as over $1
million in R&D credit from the Cymedix acquisition. The R&D use is a little
limited due to the newer tax laws. The other losses will shelter profit for a
long time.

Q3. How much money will MDIX lose this year?
A3. According to the announcement this morning, they expect the sale of the
staffing business to close in September. Earlier this year the company
expected to make about $750K. If the sale closes on time, MDIX should still
show a small profit for the year in the $.04-$.08 area.

Q4. How much do they need to get their balance sheet in better position?
A4. I'm not sure what this question means. The company is going to end the
year with over $6 million cash and $2 million market securities (senior
stock). I'd like to have that balance sheet.

Q5. How much is left over as free cash per share, if any?
A5. The company has virtually no debt. Cymedix has no debt. Both companies
have payables in line (the paydex for MDIX is 71). Almost all the cash
received from the sale of its businesses can immediately be put to use in its
Internet business.

I would say that we are at bargain prices here, hope that answers all your questions.
