Of Course, it is the annual report. What else do you expect, except
a postive spin all round.

Did the annual report say when their patents were issued?

If you look at some well known patents and when they expire, every Boy
and his dog starts using the technology. For example, when Sony's
Trinitron Monitor patent expired, every other Monitor manufacturer
came out with a Trinitron monitor.

If you ever seen the Zero backlash flexible beam couplings, well
the same thing happened. Dozens of companies now make similiar couplings.

Toyota being cagey about their fuel cell research doesn't mean much
until they have it on the road selling. Which goes for everyone else
too.

>>>The annual report, which arrived yesterday, is a well prepared, powerful document. After reading the supportive statements from their partners, I get the feeling that anyone not long on Ballard is making a mistake, perhaps a rather big one.

Shorts should be very cautious.<<<
