Carl: Looking at this from a pure asset viewpoint alone technology aside, does ISI have good plant and cleanroom space available such that UTEK could put in volume production of P-Gild and Ultrabeam (or anything else) in lieu of building a new facility of its own as it had planned? Do you see any synergy there? If you can comment, what do you attribute to ISI's decline over the years? Management or technology or both? What is their market position in DUV? Are they selling any units at all? It sounds as if they are doing piecemeal-research type work in this area. If you know, how many employees are left at ISI? Who is the largest shareholder? Is this a family owned enterprise? Thank you for all your input.
