<<Your question is not clear to me.>>

It seemed pretty clear to me. In my post I asked:

<<Why doesn't Veronex file electronically with the SEC?>>

You answered that your company is considering it.

I always like to get information on a company from a reliable third party... the majority of the time one of those sources is the electronic filings at the SEC Edgar website. I tend to be a bit suspicious of a company, especially one involved in high tech and who's premier product is a software program, that doesn't file electronically with the SEC. Seems it (electronic filing) should be a piece of cake for a tech company. If a tech co. can't figure out or doesn't bother to file electronically a little red flag signals me and makes me wonder just how good their other computer products are.

Mr. Hite:

... Veronex has never filed electronically in the past, but is considering doing so in the future. ...

An excerpt from sec.gov :

"The Commission recently adopted a new electronic filing rule (Rule 14 of Regulation S-T, Rel. No. 33-7472, October 24, 1997) to make it clear that it will not accept filings made in paper that should have been filed electronically. The rule is effective January 1, 1998. After that date, if a filer submits a paper document otherwise required to be filed electronically and does not follow the appropriate procedures for a temporary or continuing hardship exemption outlined in Rules 201 or 202 of Regulation S-T, the filing will not be accepted or processed. If the filing desk receives a document by courier it will be given back to the courier and, if received through the mail or other delivery service, it will be returned by mail."

Release No. 33-7472 can be found at sec.gov

I assume Veronex does not qualify for manual filing based on a temporary or continuing hardship exemption. Thus it would appear that your decision regarding future electronic filing has been already made for you by the SEC.

When do you anticipate the financial information for the most recent fiscal year will be available?
