Thanx s martin. I just received this email from my broker in response
to my request for RMIL Certs.

Sajjad:

Thank you for your email. Since RMIL does not have any market vaklue, I will need to send you a form called "A Disposition of a Non-trasnsferable Security." This will give you the option of either receiving the certificate or selling the entire lot for $1.00.

Riley,
How do you explain Sajjad brokers response ?

Bob

Riley, will the SEC allow the shareholders to force a market in RMIL before compliance with 15c-211? I thought because of this:
techstocks.com
that the mm's could not post any bid/ask quotations.
Is there a rule that would allow shareholders to bypass 15c-211??

Mark H

Can you cite an instance in which any shareholders have forced a market or can you cite any SEC rulings regarding same ?
