Just a consideration for you. You can do the math and build in assumptions as you see fit. But in large part I think the pop you are looking for is currently in the stock price. Should more news come out showing that sales continue to expand or Phase IV trials show that the drug will be approved by the FDA for expanded use (such as in females) then more pops can be expected.

A billion dollars in sales for Viagra translates into an additional .25 cents eps for PFE.

.25 x 60(PE) = 15 dollars additional for the share price
