OK, here is my take on the numbers.. Please tell me where I went wrong??

From techstocks.com

Spoke with CEO this morning.
There are 3 million shares O/S.
1 million are 144 for the next 1 to 2 years (Management)
2 million in public hands. Of this the Company knows of the following amounts that have been locked up by shareholders.
650,000 shares plus another 250,000 that were bought by someone in the last couple of weeks. That's 900,000 shares out of 2 million that are concidered secure. That leaves 1.1 million shares in loose hands. The Company also believes that 2 million MM shares are floating around out their. That is 100% percent of the shares in public hands. If a properly worked SHORT SQUEEZE is activated by shareholders this would drive OVIS into the teens if not 20's (opinion).

I question you on those numbers as compared with your new and improved numbers..

Message 3325329

You reply that you got those numbers from outside the company and the TA set you strait as to the share numbers.

Message 3326058

I once again question your numbers by pointing out a previous post where you verified the float with the TA.

Message 3326939

From Post Message 2042503

Called Trans Security International...1-509-927-1255

Total Outstanding shares issued is 3,071,081 and this includes all treasury stock and Sreg 144, and Public float. The same area I posted in the original messages.

As of today the 1.6 mm in the public is still the number......

Enough of the rumor mill from the naysayers.

You never did answer that post.. Now I read that you are saying somebody else's numbers are flawed??

Here are your numbers from post Message 3324846

1,877,186 Received Shares in name form

That just so happens to be about 277,186 shares over the TA verified float and 777,186 shares over the Company verified float when the squeeze began.. How is that possible?? Please explain

Riley,

Please excuse me for bringing this up on a public forum but, apparently, there is "a fly on the wall" on the e-mail thread anyway, so what's the difference.

You mentioned that your shareholder numbers were 99% correct, and I'm sure they are. However, I did find what I think may be a minor flaw.

As you know, I own three certs. Let's call them A, B & C. I have been over the list three times, and while it's possible that A & B are included either individually or combined, I am pretty sure that C, because it is an odd nimber, has been ommitted. With all the cert numbers and share counts you are managing, I can see how this omission could happen.

What I am wondering is if you missed one of my certs, might you have missed one or more others? That would leave your list a little "short". <Wink>

Best regards,

AD
