CTC, Thanks for the GLM S&P information. You are right that it underscores the underlying positives for the offshore drillers. Since you are probably closer to this than I, do you know how much interest cost reduction a rating upgrade from BBB- to BBB+ is likely to represent when the company borrows money? Since virtually all the drillers have been getting S&P and Moody's upgrades, the indications of their increased financial strength and their ability to borrow at lower cost are both positives. Baird
