well I am not saying this is what will happen... it the thing that would correct all the past few weeks problems. I would bring all the old disgruntled share holders back into the fold, give them a reason to support the stock and maybe even buy a little more. This 300-1 is not by no means a definate future loss, if they throw in some things to back it up. But under the current terms its a dead issue... it will be a big looser. Now what would you think if they said we are calling in all the common stock and replacing it with warrants "retroactive to include share holders of XXXX date... Big Hmmm it would nutrilize that 300 to 1 split and all wouldnt really matter.. because we would no long hold common stock just warrants... and if they did the "IPO" at $6 they would start with a clean slate... Theres a 100 things they can do... just look for the magic word RETROACTIVE and what ever is done will be a winner... without that word, its no telling what will happen next <g> KAA
