OK, Brad, 'fess up, you're a labor analyst for Solomon Smith Barney, right?

Excellent, excellent analysis.

EPS - estimate.
Very Good Brad, a detailed report.
I only disagree with 2 items, Morton Downy Show and the PE.

I dont think the MD show will be around for a full year, I
expect it to be canceled or dropped after about 2 months.
(I am not a MD fan nor do I know any) Therefore that revenue
source might only be about 2 - 3 million.

I dont think the PE will be 30 in a year. I think it will be
in the neighborhood of 15-20. I dont think the institutional
investors will be interested until FAMH reports for at least 4 to 6
quarters.

Using these factors, total revenues of about 14 million, minus
about 6 million in taxes, leaves 8 million profit. I think the
number of shares will be about 60 million or about 12 cents EPS.

Stock price of about 1.80 to 2.40.

From 50 cents to 1.80 in a year is not a bad return.

Excellent work Brad! I really like your conservative approach! It allows for pluses and minuses to balance out! Brad, I'm going to have to call you Dr. Crunch because you sure know how to crunch the numbers.

Stay in the Black!

Brad! Thanks..great work.

If I did those same numbers myself I would only raise 3 points. You
are doing it very conservatively but that is good, because I do the
same thing. Errr conservatively and anything above is icing.

3 points- 1 PRO, 2 CON

PRO
1) 75M shares is a lot.. yes I know 51M is a lot too, but another 24M
from here? I think Ira would be hanging a noose around his neck
(and chase away investors) if he went that far. So I would assume
less than 75M shares but those are conservative #'s so I understand.
<Therefore I would INCREASE your EPS estimate>

CON
2) SUMMARY of PRE-TAX PROFITS:
$ 595,000..................FIRAMADA'S ORIGINAL 5 OFFICES
$2,511,000................MYRIAD
$ 448,000..................NEW OFFICES & 3 SMALL ACQUISITIONS
$3,325,000................IT DIVISION PHOENIX
$1,750,000................WORKMAN'S COMP INS PROCESSING
$12,500,000..............MORTON DOWNEY JR TALK SHOW

TOTAL $ 21,129,000 in Pre-Tax Profits

It worries me that 59% of Pre Tax Profits are from the Morton Downey
Show. Obviously if MD is a hit, this is a brilliant move (and I
think MD will be a hit... until some huge backlash happens against
trash TV, but that is neither here or there). My point is with 60%
of the Revenue based on the TV show and 40% based on business... by
buying Firamada you are basically making a bet on Morton Downey show,
know what I mean? Its almost like buying shares in a TV show, with a
temporary firm added on as a bonus.
Like I said... I expect MD to be a hit, but 60% of
your revenue structure is based on a TV show which could go *POOF* or
cancelled anyday. Just a point of concern and would be happy to
listen to any comments.

2) IMHO you will never get a 30 PE on THIS exchange. No way. This
is not an investor's exchange. This is just my opinion of course,
but I seriously doubt it. On the otherhand, I do believe FAMH could
get a 30-40 PE on the NASDAQ (with 2 or 3 Q's of continues
demonstrated growth).

Other than that, thank you for an awesome analysis. Just wanted to
add my 2 cents.

I will be interested to watch next week at the price! If it goes
back to .60 I will see if there is profit taking at that point, or not.
If I had some free cash would buy a few thousand shares here to slip
under my pillow and look at in 2 years. (kind of scary to think I
bought my 1st shares in Novemeber at .40--now back at .47) Aye carumba

Brad, there is one HUGE flaw with your projections...

That is, they are based on other projections. Specifically, projections coming from FAMH. I don't think you can cite one earnings or revenue projection they have made that has actually come true.

Plenty have fallen short, however. Example: Miami office opening in November (is it open yet? does anyone know?), projected earnings of 21 cents for 1997, projected earnings of nine cents for 4th quarter 1997, projections of Myriad closing on Feb. 1 adding to earnings, projections of income from selling off ATXI assets...

Company projections have been awful. I expect the current projections to be as bad as the former ones. Wildly optimistic, the same as their press releases.

P.S. What are the costs of all these acquisitions going to do to earnings? I don't see them figured here.

If Morton Downey show is so profitable why bother with anything else?

If Myriad is so profitable, how did it work itself into receivership with the IRS or whatever that status was?

Brad...GREAT WORK!!!

Thank you for all your terrific work and DD.

When the financials come out the end of this week or next Monday or Tuesday. I sure FAMH will start to climb and we will not see these levels again!

We will probably see some movement Thursday and Friday on anticipation of the numbers.

As we move onward and upward I believe that IRA has more plans in the works to add revenues by acquiring additional companies. When that happens I believe that the end results can and will be better than what you have projected.

So I am looking forward to a GREAT 1998 and a TERRIFIC 1999 for FAMH and the FAMHily.

Again, thanks for the hard work.

THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING...(THIS BATCH IS ALMOST DONE!!!)
