All, Here is some information regarding various ticker codes that can be applied by the NASDAQ. I assume that the "provisional" listing that has been referred to would mean that the FTEL ticker would include a "C" modifier that would indicate, "exempt from NASDAQ listing qualifications for a limited period."

I believe that even the NASDAQ officials realize that what Meyerson has done was to sabotage the reasonable listing of FTEL on the National Market. I interpret this as a very positive vote of confidence by the NASDAQ.

NASDAQ National Market Issues

All symbols on the NASDAQ start with a four character base. For example: Microsoft is 'MSFT', Intel is 'INTC' and Netscape Communications is 'NSCP'.

After the four character base can come an optional one character modifier. A complete list of these codes can be found in the Wall Street Journal. Some of the more frequent codes are 'C'--exempt from NASDAQ listing qualifications for a limited period, 'E'--delinquent in required fillings with SEC, 'P'--first preferred, 'Q'--in bankruptcy proceedings, 'R'--rights, 'W'--warrants, and 'Y'--American Depositary Receipt (ADR).

We are not getting up to date quotes for non NMS issues on the NASDAQ (ADRs, small cap, OTC). We are trying to rectify the problem.

If Jan Fines prediction doesn't come through with Frank updating the Presidents Message, we won't see a rally, we'll see a sell-off. The only reason we went up yesterday was because of the "provisional" listing rumor that Jan predicted. He also said that the Presidents Message would be updated yesterday. Didn't happen! So, the disheartening continues and we'll probably see sell-off until something in Jan's message occurs.

Does light come from darkness? I am at another record high today. RB gives great sounding opinions on FTEL . . . Guess what I did as soon as the prices started to get weak?

Regarding Cendant (CD), it is now $ 25.00b. I believe it will go much higher, but RB gave his advice on that already (I'll re-post our opinions when/if it passes $ 30.)

Isn't this ridiculous?

You can't find light from darkness, can you?

CD: $ 25.06b $ 25.12a (up from $19, when I first bought and rec.)
FTEL: $ 2.91b $ 2.93a (more than a 100% gain needed to get back to $ 6.00 ! Meanwhile, VS is doing well !)
